Secfix Is the #1 Rated Security Compliance Platform in Germany (G2 Fall 2026)

G2 published its Fall 2026 Reports last week. Secfix earned the highest customer satisfaction score in Security Compliance in Germany, the top score of any vendor in the category, and was named a Leader in Europe.

Secfix picked up badges across a whole range of Grid Reports this quarter. Seven of them tell the story. And all of them come from one source: 110 verified reviews written by the people who use Secfix every day.

Here's what the badges mean, and why two of them matter more to us than the ranking itself.

Where G2 Badges Actually Come From

G2 is not an analyst panel. There's no vendor briefing, no paid placement, and no slide deck that decides the outcome.

Every quarter, G2 scores products in a category on two axes: satisfaction, calculated from verified customer reviews, and market presence. G2 validates every reviewer before a review gets published. G2 then publishes Grid Reports for the overall category and breaks them down by region (Europe, Germany) and by company size (Small Business, Mid Market, Enterprise).

That's the short version of why this recognition means something to us. A customer has to log in, prove who they are, and answer a long list of questions about what works and what doesn't. Then G2 counts the answers.

The Seven Badges That Tell the Story

Our top G2 badges from Fall 2026, based on verified customer reviews.
  • Highest customer satisfaction score in Security Compliance in Germany, the top score of any vendor in the category
  • Leader, Security Compliance
  • Regional Leader, Europe
  • High Performer, Small Business
  • High Performer, Mid Market
  • Best Relationship
  • Highest User Adoption, Mid Market

Secfix currently holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating on G2 across 110 reviews.

What "#1 in Germany" Means in Practice

Compliance is not a global product problem. It's a local one.

A German mid-market company preparing for ISO 27001 is dealing with German-speaking auditors, DSGVO on top of GDPR, TISAX if it supplies the automotive industry, and now NIS2 obligations under the German implementation act that entered into force in December 2025. The BSI is actively supervising tens of thousands of companies that were out of scope two years ago.

Most compliance platforms were built for the US market and translated afterwards. Secfix was built out of Germany for the European market from the start: English- and German-language policies, auditors who work in English and German, integrations with the tools mid-market companies here actually run, and frameworks that matter in Europe rather than a long tail of US-only certifications.

The Germany score says our customers notice the difference.

The Two Badges We Care About Most

Best Relationship and Highest User Adoption in Mid Market are the ones we keep coming back to.

Neither is a feature score. You can't ship your way into them.

Highest User Adoption is measured by how much of the platform customers actually use. In compliance software, that number is usually the honest one. Plenty of tools get bought in a certification sprint and then sit unopened until the next audit panic. An ISMS that nobody touches for eleven months is not an ISMS, it's a folder. Adoption tells us that the day-to-day work (evidence collection, control monitoring, reviews) is genuinely happening inside Secfix.

Best Relationship combines ease of doing business, quality of support, and whether customers would recommend the product. For a mid-market company where security isn't anyone's full-time job, the compliance manager on the other end of the chat matters as much as the automation.

Those two badges say our customers like working with us and actually use what they pay for. That's the part we'd rather win than any ranking.

What Customers Wrote

A CISO at a small business, four years into using Secfix for ISO 27001, put it this way: "Audit time is no longer a fire drill." Everything the auditor asks for is already in the system.

An ISMS Lead at a mid-market company, going through ISO 27001 for the first time without a dedicated compliance team, described Secfix as "a clear, structured path to certification" rather than a blank page.

A COO at a small business highlighted the "clear overview of our current status" and the automation of processes that used to eat entire weeks.

Different company sizes, different frameworks, same pattern: less manual work, less audit stress, and a compliance program that stays alive between audits.

All quotes are taken from verified reviews on our G2 profile.

High Performer in Both Segments We Build For

Secfix earned High Performer in Small Business and in Mid Market.

Those are two different problems. A 30 person startup needs ISO 27001 fast, usually because an enterprise customer is holding up a contract. A 400 person mid-market company needs several frameworks running in parallel, ISO 27001 plus TISAX plus NIS2, without hiring a big compliance team to manage the overlap.

Scoring in both segments is the outcome we were aiming for. It's also why we don't chase enterprise-only features that make the product heavier for everyone else.

Thank You

These badges came from customers who took twenty minutes to write an honest review, including the parts where we still have work to do, like policy templates that need more tailoring than they should. We read those too, and they go straight into the roadmap.

Thank you to every customer who wrote one. And to the Secfix team who earned them.
